We ship to anywhere in the world using UPS. If you would like your order gift-wrapped
with a greeting, please specify in the area during your online checkout. We
make every effort to ship out your order as soon as we receive it. However,
due to the possibility of events occurring that are out of our control, we cannot
guarantee an exact delivery date. We will keep you informed about the status
of your order and will contact you via email or telephone with any questions.

Service Standard: Overnight orders will ship the same day
if ordered on a weekday by 12 noon EST. All other orders require one to two
business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.
Ordering and Shipping Confirmation: Upon successfully submitting
your order, you will immediately see a thank you page containing your order
number and order details, which you should print for your records. After ordering,
you will also receive an email confirmation from www.rileysreads.com containing
your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within an
hour of ordering. We will also email you when your order has shipped and provide
you with your order tracking information where possible. Order status and tracking
information may also be viewed in your Riley’s Reads account.
Shipping Methods: Most items are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Every shipment is insured against loss or damage. Please inspect all packages
for damage before signing the delivery confirmation. If damage is visible from
the outside, reject the shipment (being sure the driver notes the damage) and
contact us as soon as possible. You must report any damaged or broken items
to Riley’s Reads within 7 business days of the delivery date. Do not discard
the packing materials that the item(s) arrived in. It is needed to keep the
packing materials in order to expedite a damage claim.
We can ship orders anywhere in world. However, orders for delivery outside the
continental U.S. are only accepted by phone. International orders and orders
shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping
charge. We do not ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
Most items will arrive in 5-9 business days (excluding holidays). Items with
longer lead times are noted on the product pages of this web site. In some cases,
shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that
are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event
of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email. If you order multiple items,
they may arrive at different times. Express Shipping is available on some items.

Christmas Orders for in-stock items shipping with our Standard Service must
be received by December 14 to ensure arrival before Christmas. Express Shipping
orders may be placed until December 20 for delivery before Christmas. However,
additional charges will apply.
Payment Options: We accept American Express, MasterCard, and
VISA credit cards. We do not accept cash, money orders or CODs for orders placed
online, telephone, mail, and fax.
Sales Tax and Other Charges: This site supports the collection
and remittance of Sales Tax for the state of MA. Please note that Customers
outside the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import
taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above
ordinary shipping charges.
Telephone, Mail and Fax Orders: We encourage you to order
online for the fastest possible service. You may also place orders by mail,
including payment in full for your order. Personal checks will require a ten-day
hold for clearance.
Backorders: This site supports backorder processing. Please
note that your credit card will only be charged when items you have ordered
are released for shipping (shipping charges and sales tax are charged for the
entire order on the first shipment).
Credit Rejection: Because we do not charge your credit card
until your order is released for shipment, it is possible that the charge may
be rejected. In this event, we will send you an email notifying you of this
occurrence and cancel the related order lines (in the case of backorders, your
card may be charged at different times as product come into stock). |
