Refund Policy

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase.

1. Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible); be sure to include the packing slip, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card. If you do not include the original or a copy of the original packing slip, no credit will be issued.
   
2. Contact us by email at zoe@rileysreads.com or call (508) 696-7957 for further shipping instructions and use the provided UPS call tag to return the package.
   
3. Include the original packing slip in the shipment and return to the following return shipping address: (The package must be picked up by a UPS driver or dropped off at a UPS location. Call 800 GO UPS for info).

Product Representation: Products shown in images throughout Site and of Bucket of Books are samples only. Actual products are custom-picked for the appropriate age and size of bushel. Based on availability, Riley’s Reads is unable to take specific title requests for custom buckets via our website. Larger buckets will contain more books, CDs, or toys. Smaller buckets may contain books and one plush toy or animal.

Minimum Age Requirement: Although Riley’s Reads does sell products for children, we only sell them to adults. If you are below age 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a responsible parent or guardian. In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, that you have provided Riley’s Reads with accurate and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.

Protecting Your Confidential Information: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
